Seems important to a highly anticipated new function in Traveler 8.5.1, the support of the iPhone.
Not sure if functionality is being affected by this because the user is an executive who wants his iPhone but assumes that all high-tech devices act weird. So I'm not getting much feedback so long as emails appears to be flowing normally (in his opinion).
