Sorry. I realize the silence is most likely because a) nobody knows, b) nobody cares, c) nobody else is having the issue.

Seems important to a highly anticipated new function in Traveler 8.5.1, the support of the iPhone.

Not sure if functionality is being affected by this because the user is an executive who wants his iPhone but assumes that all high-tech devices act weird. So I'm not getting much feedback so long as emails appears to be flowing normally (in his opinion).

More:

The web server error occurs nearly every time the iPhone is touched or touches the server via Traveler. The error is similar to another command that always completes successfully. Compare:

409 CONFLICT error:
webmail.xxxxx.com/servlet/traveler/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync?User=redacted&DeviceId=Appl88926N4U3NR&DeviceType=iPhone&Cmd=Ping

200 OK, no error:
webmail.xxxxx.com/servlet/traveler/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync?User=redacted&DeviceId=Appl88926N4U3NR&DeviceType=iPhone&Cmd=Sync

The only difference is "ping" vs "sync".

Any ideas? Nobody else seeing this with their iPhones and Traveler.
